Version 1.0Effective 2026-10-12

Last updated: 12 October 2026. Version 1.0, in force from 12 October 2026.

Operator: SkoroPro, 1105 E Main St, Suite 250, Allen, TX 75002, United States. Contact: support@skoropro.com.

These guidelines apply to everyone on SkoroPro, customers and Pros, in the app and on the job. They are part of the customer terms and the provider terms.

1. Respect

  1. Be courteous in messages, in reviews and in person.
  2. Reply to messages about a booking in good time. If plans change, say so in the app as early as you can.
  3. Treat the other person's home, property and time with care.

2. Honesty

  1. Profiles must be true. Use your real name or your real business name, a real photo, and a description of services you actually offer. Do not claim a licence, insurance or qualification you do not hold.
  2. Job descriptions must be true. Describe the work and the site as they are, including anything that makes the job harder or riskier.
  3. Quotes and offers must be complete. The price you send is the price for the work described. Extra work goes through the add-on flow.
  4. Reviews describe your own experience of a completed booking. Do not write, buy, trade or ask for fake reviews, and do not pressure anyone to change or remove one.

3. Safety on site

  1. Follow the safety rules of the trade and use the right equipment.
  2. Stop if a job becomes unsafe and say so in the app.
  3. Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  4. Customers: keep pets secure and tell the Pro about hazards. Pros: do not bring anyone to a job who is not part of your business.
  5. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. Then tell us.

4. No harassment or discrimination

  1. No threats, intimidation, insults, unwanted advances or abuse, in the app or in person.
  2. No discrimination against anyone because of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, family status or any other protected characteristic. Pros choose jobs by location, service and schedule, not by who the customer is.

5. Keep payment on the platform

  1. Jobs found through SkoroPro are booked and paid through SkoroPro. Do not ask for, offer or accept payment outside the app for a job found here, and do not solicit follow-up work off the platform.
  2. Payment through the app is what makes the refund policy, the booking record and the dispute process work for both sides.

6. Private information

  1. Do not share anyone's address, phone number, email, photos or other private information outside the booking it belongs to.
  2. Pros: use a customer's details only to do the job.
  3. Do not post anyone's private information in a review or a profile.

7. Reporting and blocking

  1. Every message, review and profile has Report and Block in its menu. Every Skorobot response has Report.
  2. Blocking closes the conversation both ways. The other person is not told.
  3. A report is reviewed by SkoroPro staff within 24 hours. Content is reviewed when it is reported, not screened automatically.
  4. For a booking problem such as a no-show, use the booking screen so that the refund policy can be applied.

8. What happens on a breach

Depending on the case, we may:

  1. hide the content;
  2. warn the account;
  3. suspend the account for a period;
  4. remove the account from SkoroPro.

Decisions are made by people after looking at the report, the content and the conversation it belongs to. Nothing is automatic. We tell you by email what we decided and why, unless the law prevents it.

9. Appeals

If you think a decision was wrong, reply to the email or write to support@skoropro.com. Tell us what happened and why you disagree. A different member of staff looks at the appeal and replies by email.
