These companies process personal data on our behalf to run SkoroPro. Each one receives only the data it needs for the purpose listed, and acts on our instructions.

Who runs the service
SkoroPro is the operator. Digital Inertia (Pty) Ltd (South Africa) publishes the apps and hosts and runs the service for SkoroPro under a hosting and support agreement, on its own accounts with the companies below. The privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
Supabase

- Our database, sign-in, file storage for photos and documents, and the server functions that run the service.
- What it receives
- Everything the app stores: account and profile details, jobs, offers, bookings, messages, reviews, photos and documents.

Stripe
- Company
- Stripe, Inc.
- What it does
- Payments: card holds, captures, refunds and saved cards, and Connect accounts, payouts and tax forms for Pros.
- What it receives
- Name, email, booking amounts and card details, which you enter straight into Stripe. For Pros, the identity, tax and bank details Stripe collects. Stripe is also an independent controller for card and identity data.

- What it does
- Skorobot job drafts, and chat translation: when the person reading a message taps Translate, and for senders who have switched on translating their own messages. Not used to train its models.
- What it receives
- For a draft, the text you type and smaller copies of your photos, with email addresses, phone numbers and street numbers taken out first. For translation, the message text, with email addresses and phone numbers taken out first.

- The address text you type and the address it finds for you.

- What it receives
- Website requests (IP address and browser details), and what you send through forms on the site, such as Pro early access and account deletion requests.

- Device and app details and the error that happened. Sending personal data is switched off by default.

Services you choose to use
These are not our subprocessors. They act under their own terms and privacy policies when you choose them.
- Sign in with Google (Google LLC) and Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.) confirm who you are and share your name and email address with us.
- The App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC) deliver the app to your phone.
